Thanksgiving

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at my(Natalie) parent's house this year. Everyone was there. It was great. While I didn't break out the camera for the Thanksgiving festivities (I forgot to get it out of my diaper bag :(), I did manage to get a picture of our little family morning run. Strawberry was so excited to go running. She made me dig out her "running pants", put them on backwards, and wouldn't let me fix them. We only ran for a little while, but Strawberry ran almost the whole way. She only rode in the stroller with Wednesday for a minute. I can't believe how much energy she has. I hope she enjoys running for the rest of her life.

Backwards pants. Funny.

Wednesday stayed toasty.

Strawberry Conversations

I'm just posting these so I have a record of them. I'm going to delete them from the side.
This is a conversation Molly had on her Hello Kitty cell phone while driving home from Grandma's today: "Oh, hello Preston. Nothing, just going home. I'm going trick or treating with Dad when he gets home. Oh yeah, I'm Uniqua. You're a turtle, that's cool. Okay, your majesty. Hi Sheldon (Sheldon is Grandpa's name, by the way). You're in the castle? Okay. Okay, your majesty. What is going on in her head?
Molly: Hey Mom, open your eye so I can poke you in the eyeball. Me: NoooMolly: It's fun!Me: No it isn't. Molly: You can poke me in my eyeball.Me: No thanks
Molly: Mom, what's that? Me: A grasshopperMolly: Oh, what's his name?Me: I don't know. What do you think it is? Molly: Willy. I'm Molly, he's Willy, and Ruby is Lord Farquad. Me: Hmm. That's random. Molly: No, that's Willy.
Molly: Mom, can you do me a favorite?Molly (pushing a beetle around the floor): I pissed him off. Me: What?Molly: He's pissed off at me.Me: Molly! (Thanks for the vocabulary lesson Dad!)
Molly: Mom, are you a man?Me: Nope, I'm a woman. Are you a man?Molly: No, I'm a Polka Palace. I think Roob's a man.Me: Why is Ruby a man?Molly: She's not crossing her legs.

Mini Wednesday is 9 months old!

That's right. Little baby is 9 months old, eating regular people food, growing teeth, attempting to crawl. . . . Crazy. Here are her stats:
Weight 17 lbs 13 oz 31%
Height 27.5 inches 42%
Head 44%

I love her big blue eyes.

Her favorite toy. The big red car. She loves the little police man button that makes a siren noise.

This is the only shot of the teeth I could get. She's very private about the whole dental experience.

Post-a-thon

It's been almost a month since Halloween, but here you go. Molly was supposed to be Uniqua. She was so excited and wore the costume almost every day. But, on the big night, she saw all the princesses coming to the door and she had to be Cinderella. Thank goodness for dress ups.

Diamond-rrhea

This might be kinda gross for some of you, but I am laughing my head off and had to write this down before I forget it.

Preface: Molly has a Sleeping Beauty Barbie. She came with a ring that has a big removable pink diamond for the child to wear that matches Sleeping Beauty's crown. Needless to say, that diamond ended up in Molly's mouth and eventually in Molly's tummy.

Well, that was earlier today. Tonight Molly says her tummy hurts. I think it's that big pink Barbie diamond making its way through her digestive system. And this is what Molly tells me:

Molly: Mom, my tummy hurts.
Me: Oh shoot, are you hungry?
Molly: No, I think it's that pink diamond. I got rrhea.
Me: Rrhea? You have diarrhea? Are you okay?
Molly: Yeah, I got the diamond-rrhea. Pink diamond-rrhea.

Oh my gosh, it's the funniest thing I've ever heard. I'm dying. Should I be worried about this big pink thing coming out?
